We have establish a Qualiopi-certified training offer that is suitable for all employees and provided by our training Espaces Atypiques Académie.
An initial training programme of 5 weeks intended for all newcomers, tailor-made Experts training for more seasoned employees as well as management and leadership training programmes for directors and commercial managers.
03 / Participatory governance and promotion of social dialogue
In 2023, we created a committee of franchisees which marks a major step in our approach towards inclusive and participative governance.
It shows our intention to create an environment, where the franchisees’ concerns, ideas and perspectives are heard, facilitating the exchange of good practices and solutions for improvement.
In this way we reinforce the cohesion and efficiency of our united network through a common vision and shares values.
