01 / Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions
- Our first carbon audit, carried out in 2023 is the starting point for measuring our environmental footprint and will allow us to formalise our low-carbon policy.
- A guide for eco-friendly practices and eco-driving at Espaces Atypiques was made available to employees to help them adopt good practices on a day-to-day basis.
02 / Optimisation and rationalisation of the use of our resources
Selection of suppliers and service providers which are aligned with our approach and care for the environment :
- A printer following a committed CSR approach and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 certified, using vegetable-based inks. The paper used by Espaces Atypiques to print its commercial tools comes from sustainably managed forests and is FSC (100% recycled) or PEFC certified (comprised of at least 70% of recycled materials).
Rationalisation :
- of printing and using paper with a “less but better” perspective.
- of production of promotional tools with a reduction of the catalogue and to the extent possible, carried out with sustainable, recycled or recyclable materials favouring French or European providers. Our aim is that at least 80% of promotional tools be French or European 3 to 5 years from now.
Our objective within 3 to 5 years is for 80% of promotional tools to be French or European.
03 / Supporting and raising our clients awareness on the reduction of environmental footprint in housing
Thanks to its status as an intermediary, Espaces Atypiques is ideally positioned to raise awareness with its clients purchasing real estate of the environmental footprint of housing which represents 23% of greenhouse gas emissions of French households, i.e. the second source of emissions after transport.
Through the Espaces Atypiques Le Club, we therefore wish to list various partners at the national or local level capable of offering our clients practical solutions.
We therefore list, within the club, partners at the national and local level capable of best supporting our clients in reducing their housing-related environmental footprint : Installers of electric vehicle charging stations, specialists in energy renovation works, renewable electricity suppliers or photovoltaic panels installers.
