A stone’s throw from the Pont du Petit Parc which connects it to Saint Maur, close to the banks of the Marne and the future metro 15, the Morocco district is courted for its ideal location.

Thanks to the Marne which borders it, the district was once home to “the beach” where Campinois and Parisians indulged in outdoor water games. The real backbone of the project, the 42 m2 living room was inspired by the industrial past of the premises to recreate the much-loved atmosphere of lofts. Glass roofs, exceptional ceiling height as well as the concrete and metal present here contribute to this signature.

The open kitchen, fitted and equipped, has functional and useful worktops. The 4.5m ceiling height allowed the creation of a sleeping area of 17m2 on the ground, open and provided with storage. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this wing. A vestibule enhanced with custom storage leads to a 14m2 master suite.

Designed like a studio, it accommodates a kitchen area as well as a bathroom with WC. Oriented towards the outdoor terrace, brightness and calm characterize the room. A second wing accommodates a mezzanine of 9m2 on the ground.

A laundry room as well as access to the garage are located in its lower part. The fields of possibilities are numerous. Workshop, office, bedroom or music studio, this space can be adapted as desired. The flowery exteriors as well as the furnished terrace without vis-à-vis, suggest pleasant evenings with family or friends.

A garage workshop is also available offering additional space. Thanks to its still affordable prices and its proximity to Paris and the Bois de Vincennes, Morocco is the Champigny sur Marne district to bet on.

On Sundays, joggers, walkers, cyclists and rollerblader enthusiasts reclaim the quays which become pedestrianized, offering great activities.
