Old cardmaker transformed ne Loft

Resulting from the rehabilitation of an old card factory, this loft offers a refined decoration. The essential research of the owners was to preserve all the luminosity which floods the living space and to create a maximum of contemporary openings while maintaining the original structure of the building.

The rest of the project was to mix, in a judicious way, a family living space and the perspectives necessary for a place where also fit together with accuracy, the night spaces representing a total of 173 m2 of living space.

On the ground floor, a large entrance leads to a hallway which leads to a master bedroom. The high ceilings, code specific to lofts, are highlighted by a staircase entirely open to the 1st level.

Minimalist, this staircase leads to the main living room installed on the whole of the 1st level and houses a fitted kitchen, a large living room and a large dining area like a play of volumes and perspectives spoiling the glass roof dominating this space. A cloakroom toilet and a bathroom complete this level.

Still from this first level, a sleek staircase leads to the upper floor on a landing giving access to the sleeping area. A corridor leads to 3 other bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom judiciously lit by a skylight.

This very contemporary place, will allow all those in search of a loft-like habitat, to combine the daily life between family life and personal spaces and finally to find the rare pearl.

It is completed by a very large garage in which a laundry room will have its place.
