A small functional kitchen was designed as an extension of this open space to allow, if necessary, the creation of 2 independent levels. From this first level a generous, intimate 50m2 terrace is revealed overlooking the garden below.

A bathroom and separate toilets complete all the services on this floor while a 9m2 mezzanine located under the slope and designed like a nest offers additional sleeping capacity.
