In the center, the hall pierced to the east by a double-height bay and to the west by 24 glass blocks, offers a breathtaking light show from sunrise to sunset. The metal and glass staircase accentuates the lightness of the place. Plenty of storage space, a toilet and a garage complete this level.

Upstairs, each wing houses two bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from portholes in reference to boat portholes and a spacious dressing room. A full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. A glass walkway, another nod to the boat, links the two wings. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

From the footbridge or any other room in the villa, you can constantly admire the garden with the river in the background. The L-shaped swimming pool, part of which is embedded between the two wings of the building, is reflected in the bays and ceilings, thus contributing to the decor and atmosphere of the house.
