Accessible via a pontoon, the 55m2 terrace sheltered from the sun and its contemplative view of the river welcome the visitor.

The two living spaces, the family apartment and the wheelhouse are immediately habitable, but require a refresh, an upgrade to your taste. But nothing will prevent it from taking you to new horizons, because it is also navigable and expertly designed.

The family apartment consists of a spacious living room with through light and a view of the Rhône, it opens onto a half-level dining kitchen; the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a master suite and its private shower room and a laundry room.

The wheelhouse is a real living space that is divided between the pilot cabin with a cocoon bedroom and the boatman’s toilet, and, a few steps lower, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. This large cabin has 3 accesses (1 inside and 2 outside) suitable for seasonal rental, very profitable in our region.

This barge has many assets, in 2018, during the last refit, steel lining of the hull, mandatory equipment to standards and of course, the essential community certificate valid until 2028.
