The magnificent – duplex within an abbey

Living in total harmony with nature, and discover each season as a new painting by the huge windows that open onto the beautiful park, this is one of the many promises of this magical place steeped in history. Is not it a privilege to live in a twelfth century abbey, less than 20 km from Amiens.

Its last restoration, a little before the 70s, makes it one of the most beautiful buildings crowned by the 4th prize for masterpieces at risk in 1971. It was in 2005 that the rehabilitation work was completed. The buildings of the abbey are today classified and protected as historical monuments.

Life is here magnified, as the setting is spectacular sumptuousness and beauty.

It is in these old stones that the apartment takes place. A renovated duplex of 80 sqm (carrez law) that has kept its stamp. From the vestibule, opens the living room. It has a ceiling height of 4.60 m and more than 25 sqm.
An independent and equipped kitchen communicates with this room of life. These first two rooms are bathed in a surprising brightness, enjoying the view of the park with their impressive windows. On the half landing, a large office takes place opening mezzanine on the living room.

A few steps crossed and we enter the sleeping area consisting of 2 large white rooms dressed, a bathroom and separate toilets.
