This house, located in the heart of the medieval village of Montfort l’Amaury in a peaceful street, was created by its owner in 2013. Its living area is 170 m² on a plot of 200 m².

The owner was able to highlight the architectural structure bathed in light and the noble historic materials chosen while respecting the environmental integration of the site. Stone walls structure the house. Nature is present in each room with large bay windows and many openings on the garden not overlooked with a view of the church. The ceiling heights provide large volumes. Mezzanines occupy the spaces with skylights which offer privacy, aesthetics and assured zenitude. A central wood insert is shared between the cocooning lounge and the custom-made kitchen by a renowned carpenter with his adjoining dining table. A second office with a view of the garden can be transformed into a master bedroom. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms, two with a mezzanine to accommodate a bed and share the bathroom, a walk-in shower and a large dressing room.
