The kitchen in an old modernized extension, clad with bay windows extends this exceptional panorama and instantly the idea of morning breakfasts taken facing the Seine never leaves the mind of the visitor.

Air conditioning, pellet stove, aluminum double glazing, electric shutters, … nothing has been forgotten in the modernization of the place.

The ground floor is completed by a parental suite of 18 m² with dressing room of 7.30 m² and a shower room with very “chic” decoration, but also an office that can become a bedroom, another shower room, wc , laundry room with storage.
