Raw loft on two levels

Located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an old administrative building, this space to be interpreted consists of two gross floors totaling 148 m². It offers a covered terrace of 44 m² as well as a second terrace of 8 m² and takes place within the vast rehabilitation project of the former site of Coop Alsace between Strasbourg and Kehl, a few steps from the future tram station from line D.

With a surface area of 46 m², the first shelf can accommodate a work space or an independent studio.
