Past the porch …

Well hidden behind its huge porch, this old farmhouse holds many surprises.
Located on the edge of a picturesque village not far from Noailles, calm, nature and scenery will make you forget the turpitude of big cities.
Formerly this painter’s house was partly reserved for exhibitions, workshops and stock of works of art. Today this family home with large volumes gives way to all daydreams. Only one hour from Paris and twenty minutes from Beauvais it is ideally located to combine family and professional life.

The large gate lit by the lantern opens on the beautiful flowery courtyard. From there, turning 360 degrees, we discover the painter’s old workshops, the garage, the cellar, and other outbuildings.
Opposite, a terracotta terrace borders the main facade.
Different entries are possible but we will choose the kitchen door. Our eyes are captivated by Spanish-inspired doors, which close closets and cupboards. The perfectly integrated range, the central island with stone sink and wood stove, warm the atmosphere and adjust the elements instead. A double door builder, leads us into the hall we cross to arrive in the great room with a stone fireplace.
The terrace and the pool are perfumed in the spring with the smell of linden blossoms.
From the hall, climb the stairs to the floor. On the left are two beautiful bedrooms including a parent with its balcony and bathroom with Italian shower. On the right are three further bedrooms and a bathroom. A room communicates with the ground floor by an internal staircase to reach a room partially transformed into a room.

The pool is located in the back esplanade, enjoying the privacy and greenery as far as the eye can see.
