The second floor comprises a mezzanine with three bedrooms and their own shower rooms.

One wing of the building has yet to be converted and has three horse stalls. The wooded garden, which also has a well, is in front of the building. With its 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and its setting at the gateway to the Moselle river loops, this is an ideal home for tourism or bed and breakfast.

The building is listed as a historical monument.
