Located in Gondreville, this property steeped in history, known as the “Maison des Dîmes”, was built in the 16th century and spans 565 m² (6,640 sq ft). Restored by heritage lovers, its original architectural features such as its mullioned windows, woodwork and exposed beams have been preserved with the greatest care.

In the centre of the building, two separate staircases, one of which is made of cut stone, lead to the upper floors. Here, the stone gives way to solid parquet flooring and bleached beams. A master suite with its cement-tiled bathroom, a billiard room with fireplace and two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second floor comprises a mezzanine with three bedrooms and their own shower rooms.

One wing of the building has yet to be converted and has three horse stalls. The wooded garden, which also has a well, is in front of the building.
