10 minutes from Saint Péray and 20 minutes from Valence, this recent Finnish-designed house is made entirely of Nordic pine.
The feeling of well-being is accentuated by the natural materials used and by the luminosity that penetrates the interior through the triple glazed facades. At an altitude of 500m on the south-facing slope, this location allows for a panoramic view of the Rhone Valley and the southern Vercors as well as the Crussol castle.
This project has been designed for tourist reception with a set of 3 buildings: the main one, composed of two adjoining flats: a flat of about 60m2 with a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet, then a studio of about 30m2 with a living room/kitchen/bedroom, a shower room, a toilet and a storeroom. These two dwellings also benefit from a terrace shaded by screens.

A second, independent building houses a studio with a kitchen/living room/bedroom, a shower room and a technical room for the air/water heat pump that heats the whole building.
Finally, a separate traditional sauna allows you to relax and enjoy the place even more.
Sanitation is provided by a micro-station.
It is important to note that these buildings could be suitable for use as a dwelling with a minimum of modifications to connect the 2 adjoining dwellings.
Also, the land is suitable for swimming.
Finally, there is the possibility of acquiring an adjoining plot of land which would double the surface area which is currently 1,300m2.
