Hunting fees indexed to the sale price, 3.5% at the expense of the buyer.

Residential lease

Fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges within the limit set by the ALUR law, i.e. €12 including VAT/m2 for very tense areas, €10 including VAT/m2 for tense areas, €8 including VAT/m2 for other areas. To this are added 3 €/m2 for the completion of the inventory.
Fees at the expense of the landlord: one month’s rent excluding taxes. To this is added 3 €/sqm for the completion of the inventory.

Commercial lease

Fees at the expense of the lessee: 30% of the annual rent excluding tax excluding charges.
