- 5% incl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the vendor* for properties over €200,000
10,000€ incl. VAT, payable by the seller* for properties under €200,000
* Fees payable by the purchaser in the case of the sale of an inherited property.

- Hunting fees indexed to the sale price, 3.5% payable by the buyer
Rental
Residential lease
- Fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, subject to the ceiling set by the ALUR law, i.e. 12€ incl. tax/m2 for very tense areas, 10€ incl. tax/m2 for tense areas, 8€ incl. tax/m2 for other areas.
To this must be added 3€/m2 for the inventory of fixtures. - Fees payable by the owner: one month’s rent excluding charges and VAT.
Plus 3€/m2 for inventory of fixtures.
Commercial lease
- Fees payable by lessee: 30% of annual rent excluding taxes and charges.
Civil lease
- Fees payable by owner and tenant: one month’s rent including charges
